D2HV Trading Shipping Policy
D2HV Trading supports shipping within Vietnam, to countries across Southeast Asia, and to other international destinations depending on the service availability of shipping providers at the time of order.
For all eligible orders confirmed by D2HV Trading, we do not charge customers any shipping fee.
As D2HV Trading products are handcrafted Zisha teapots with collectible value and require careful handling, each order is inspected, individually packed, and confirmed for shipping before dispatch.
1. Delivery Areas
D2HV Trading supports delivery to:
- Vietnam;
- Countries within Southeast Asia;
- Other countries and territories worldwide, depending on import regulations and shipping service availability at the time of order.
In some cases, D2HV Trading may refuse or temporarily suspend delivery to locations with high shipping risk, customs restrictions, or without a suitable shipping solution for products requiring special care.
2. Shipping Fees
D2HV Trading does not charge any shipping fee for successfully confirmed orders.
The shipping cost from D2HV Trading’s storage location to the customer’s delivery address is covered by D2HV Trading.
This free shipping policy applies to eligible domestic orders, Southeast Asia orders, and international orders.
3. Import Duties, Customs Fees, and Local Charges
For orders shipped outside Vietnam, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, processing fees, storage fees, or other charges that may arise in the destination country.
These charges are not considered shipping fees and are not covered by D2HV Trading, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the order is confirmed.
D2HV Trading may provide order information and relevant documents within a reasonable scope. However, D2HV Trading is not responsible for customs inspection, shipment holds, duty assessment, requests for additional documents, or import refusal by the customs authority of the destination country.
4. Order Processing Time
After an order is confirmed and payment is completed, D2HV Trading will inspect the product, record its condition, package it, and hand it over to the shipping provider.

For international orders, processing may take longer due to documentation, customs declaration, or confirmation of a suitable shipping method.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address, shipping provider, customs process, and actual conditions.

The estimated delivery time above is for reference only and does not include delays caused by customs, natural events, shipping disruptions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond D2HV Trading’s control.
6. Product Packaging
All D2HV Trading products are carefully packaged to minimize risk during shipping.
The packaging process may include protective boxes, shock-absorbing materials, package sealing, and photo or video documentation before dispatch.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon receiving the package, customers should:
- Check the outer condition of the package before signing for receipt;
- Record a continuous and clear unboxing video;
- Notify D2HV Trading within [24 hours] if the package shows signs of dents, tears, damage, broken seals, or if the product is damaged.
The unboxing video serves as important evidence for D2HV Trading to work with the shipping provider in the event of a claim.
8. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, lack of response to the shipping provider, refusal to receive the package, or failure to complete import procedures in the destination country, the customer may be responsible for third-party charges such as storage fees, return fees, redelivery fees, or customs handling fees where applicable.
These charges are not standard shipping fees collected by D2HV Trading.
